When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply: a deposit equal to 35% of the total is required to be paid by bank transfer.

The deposit will be returned by bank transfer at the end of the stay.

Cancellations are permitted up to 5 days before arrival. In case of no-show the full amount will be charged.

If you expect to arrive outside check-in an hours, please inform the property in advance.

A shuttle to/from Venice Marco Polo Airport, Treviso Airport and Treviso train station is also available upon request, and at a surcharge.
Please note that the shuttle service must be requested 24 hours prior to arrival and is available from 08:00 until 22:00.

Please take note that our restaurant is closed during the month of August and all Sundays from 01st June unti 01st September.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 9 per pet, per night applies. ペットは最大1匹まで許可され、Hotel all'Orsoに適用されます。

料金前払いの予約で領収書が必要な場合は、予約時の「お問い合わせ」欄に領収書を希望する旨と会社情報をご記入ください。
出発予定日を繰り上げてチェックアウトする場合も、予約済みの宿泊料金合計を支払う必要があります。
