- When booking a non-cancellable, non-refundable prepaid fare:

o A secure payment link will be sent to you for payment of your stay (excluding tourist tax to be paid on site on arrival at the hotel).
o Your payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the secure payment link.
o You can also choose to pay by bank transfer, provided that it is made within 48 hours of creating your reservation, and that the transfer is received at least 10 days before your arrival (please contact the hotel to obtain the bank details).
o If payment, whether by secure payment link or bank transfer, is not received within this time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
o The amount paid by secure payment link or bank transfer is non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation or modification.
