Hotel Astra Opera: The wellness area is exclusively reserved for hotel guests (Swimming pool, Gym, Hammam and Sauna). It is not available to guests of other establishments in the Astotel group.
o MINIBAR IN THE ROOM: Minibar with non-alcoholic drinks offered.
o COURTESY TRAY: Kettle with tea and coffee available in our rooms.
o OPEN BAR SOFT: Snacks and soft drinks offered every afternoon.
o PRESSREADER: Free access during your stay to more than 7,000 digital publications from around the world (install the PressReader application on your mobile).

• In the case of a non-cancellable, non-refundable prepaid rate booking:
o This offer cannot be cancelled, modified or reimbursed.
o A secure payment link will be sent to you for the settlement of your stay (excluding the tourist tax to be paid on site upon your arrival at the hotel).
o Your payment must be made within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the secure payment link.
o You may also opt for payment by bank transfer, provided that it is made within a maximum of 48 hours after creating your reservation, and that the transfer is received at least 10 days before your arrival (please contact the hotel to obtain the bank account details).
o If the payment, whether made via the secure payment link or by bank transfer, is not completed within these deadlines, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
o The amount paid via the secure payment link or by bank transfer is non-refundable, even in the case of cancellation or modification.

• In the case of a modifiable, cancellable and refundable flexible rate booking:
o Offer modifiable, cancellable and refundable under certain conditions: see details of the flexible rate chosen.
o The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the amount of the first night on your credit card in order to guarantee your reservation.
