The property only allows small and medium-sized pets, with a maximum of 2 pets weighing up to 10kg per apartment, and it is necessary to present the updated vaccination certificate for each animal.

Please note that children under the age of 18 cannot stay at the hotel unless they are accompanied by a parent or official guardian. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization to check into the hotel. This authorization must be signed by both parents, notarized and accompanied by certified copies of the parents' identity documents.

All minors under 18 years of age must also present a valid photo ID that proves their identity and that of their parents. This document must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by his/her parents. If the minor is accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present an authorization notarized and signed by the absent family member, together with a certified copy of his/her identity document.

Reservation of more than 3 apartments is considered a group reservation, and the payment must be made within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
