In the summer, guests can enjoy reduced rates at two nearby private beach clubs, which include amenities such as parasols, sun loungers, and swimming pool access.
The on-site Restaurant Esplanade offers a selection of Italian dishes made with fresh ingredients, complemented by a diverse wine list. Breakfast is served daily.
Hotel Residence Esplanade, situated only 50 meters from the beach, is housed in an Art Nouveau building in the heart of Viareggio. It provides spacious and stylish accommodations featuring a minibar and a satellite flat-screen TV. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property.
Hotel Residence Esplanade is an elegant Art Nouveau building, ideally located just 50 metres from the beach and right next to the lush Pineta di Ponente pinewood, in the heart of Viareggio.
We do not have private parking, we can issue a subscription for public parking at a cost of € 7.00 per day.
The agreed beach service is on payment, from May to September. The price starts from € 25.00 per day to € 40.00 (July and August)
