Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Hotel Vegas is a three-story hotel, located in downtown Santiago, it is a national monument, therefore there is no elevator and we are not allowed to make any modifications to the hotel.
