Supplements:
- Late check-in: arrivals after 21:00, supplement of 30€ regardless of whether the arrival is face-to-face or autonomous.
- Early check-in: arrivals before 17:00, supplement of 20€ (subject to availability and upon request).
- Late check-out: departures after 11:00, supplement of 20€ (subject to availability and upon request).

Lockers:

Loss of keys:

- Delays without prior notice have a supplement of 50€ for each hour, charged through the booking platform.

No smoking:
- No smoking in the flat. Penalty of 100€ in case of non-compliance.
