Within 48 hours of booking at Kamilo House, guests will receive a rental agreement that must be signed and returned to the property manager. Failure to receive the agreement may result in the cancellation of your reservation at Kamilo House. If the 48-hour period passes without receiving the agreement, please contact the property management at Kamilo House using the number provided in the booking confirmation.

At Kamilo House, guests under 25 may check in only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Quiet hours at Kamilo House are observed from 21:00 to 08:00."At Kamilo House, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at Kamilo House, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. At Kamilo House, you may use the Special Requests box during booking or directly contact the property using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please note that the full reservation amount for Kamilo House is due prior to arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. Once full payment is received at Kamilo House, details including the address and key collection instructions will be emailed to you.
In case of early departure, Kamilo House will charge the full amount for your stay.
At Kamilo House, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
