Guests will receive a rental agreement through email. If no email is received, guests must contact the property prior to check in. The agreement must be returned within 24 hours.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in at the property.

Guests will be required to provide a copy of their government-issued photo ID after booking.

Please note Kasa Downtown Austin will charge the credit card for the total amount of your reservation including all taxes at the time of confirmation via the virtual front desk. During the virtual front desk confirmation process a valid ID and a selfie picture is required to be uploaded to complete your check-in.

Please note that 1 dog or 1 cat are welcome to stay with Kasa Downtown Austin for $15 per day and will be collected via the virtual front desk. Breed restrictions do apply.
