Please note a 50% deposit of the total booking fee is required 24 hours after making a booking. We would like to emphasise that we are a provider of strictly family friendly holiday accommodation, and we do not allow the following in any of our properties:

• Parties / events / services
• Overcrowding (The maximum number of persons occupying the unit at all times must not exceed the number of beds.)
• Drunken disorderly behaviour
• Noise Disturbance / loud music
• No Matric Rage bookings

All of which can be found in our Terms and Conditions of Letting and booking restrictions which will be emailed to you as soon as you have confirmed your booking and send us your details.

Unfortunately, should any of the above occur during your stay we will have no option but to evict immediately without any refund. It would be best to resolve such issues now so you can enjoy your holiday.At La Pirogue 1, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at La Pirogue 1, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
La Pirogue 1 is situated in a residential area; guests are requested to avoid generating excessive noise.
At La Pirogue 1, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. At La Pirogue 1, you may use the Special Requests box during booking or directly contact the property using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
At La Pirogue 1, payment by bank transfer prior to arrival is mandatory. After booking at La Pirogue 1, the property will contact you with further instructions.
