Check-in is guaranteed from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

After 8:00 pm, check-ins are subject to validation, except during convention periods and in summer.

Guests can choose between a physical check-in and an autonomous check-in, and are asked to communicate their preference in advance.

In the case of physical check-in, a member of staff will be present on site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 pm incurs an additional charge of €50, payable in cash on arrival, except during conference periods and in summer.

For self check-in, a key box is available.

Departures are until 11 a.m. at the latest.

The deposit required is €500.

Copies of your identity papers may be requested prior to arrival.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

The apartment is non-smoking.
