This property conducts temperature checks every time a guest, team member or vendor enters the property. A temperature higher than 99 degrees, along with other symptoms, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing and shortness of breath, will result in being denied entry to the property.

This property's management reserves the rights of admission and refusal of service for guests not following social distancing, cleanliness and hygiene norms and the house rules.

Please note that for security purpose all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport or any other ID with address approved by the Government of India) at the time of check-in, else the property has the right to deny admission. A Pan Card is not acceptable. Foreign guests are required to produce a valid passport and visa. Please note that at check-in, all guests must present a valid proof of identification and of on-going travel.

Chirstmas Eve dinner and New Year's Eve gala dinner will be available at the property for guests staying on 24th and 31st December respectively. The festive meal surcharge is included in the rateチェックインの際、写真付きの身分証明書とクレジットカードの提示が必要となります。特別リクエストは確約ではなく、チェックイン時の状況により利用できない場合があり、また追加料金が必要となる可能性があります。
