No Smoking/ Vaping inside of the apartment. If you wish to smoke we ask that you use the balcony & extinguish cigarettes responsibly and do not throw butts on the floor. If we find the smell of smoke, burns or otherwise you will be charged upward of 250€.

No parties or loud music.

Do not leave the key inside the lock when leaving the apartment, you will be unable to regain entry and we will need to call a locksmith at your expense.

Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay in the apartment.

Do not remove or take to the beach, the white towels from the apartment but ask us about renting beach towels.

Do not leave personal items or rubbish bags on the landing for safety & hygiene reasons.

Please ensure you lock all doors & windows securely when leaving the apartment and turn off the AC.

For stays of 28 nights or more you agree to contribute towards utility bills 250€ per month, payable in advance on Check in.

• Your check in, check out and key handover, Wi-fi are included in the price, however the following fees apply when:

Check in after 20h to 00h: €30
Check in after 00h: €50
Check in on 25th, 31st Dec, 1st Jan & Public Holidays: €50

Payable by card prior to or cash on arrival to the person checking you in.

As of April 2017, We as 'Hosts' are now required by the law of Barcelona (Ley Ciudadana) to take Passport details of all of our guests, this information will be delivered to the police within 24 Hours of your check in, its very much a familiar procedure, as you would do if checking into a hotel.

We can supply all number of baby items from baths to strollers and cribs - These carry an extra fee and can be reserved after booking
