Please be prepared to pay the CHECK-IN FEE in CASH directly to your check-in assistant in exchange for the keys. The check-in fee rates: 3PM to 10PM - 35€ 10PM to 12AM - 60€ (upon request) Please note that check-in after midnight is NOT guaranteed. As an exception, you may request a late check-in in advance, and the check-in fee will start from 90€.

Apartment is available for long-term stays (starting from 30 days). It will be necessary to provide us with the supporting documents to fulfill the requirements for BAIL MOBILITÉ (Mobility Lease):
- 1 piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall)
- 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or educational)
- proof that the occupant has the necessary funds to cover the rent: tax declaration, pay slips, and/or bank account.
A mobility lease (Bail Mobilité) will be sent to you by email upon receipt of the requested supporting documents, and an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure.该住宿不允许举办男性聚会、女性聚会或类似的聚会。
