Renovated in March 2017, this two-storey villa has a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a private patio on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster. The two bedrooms and the swimming pool are located on the first floor and are accessible from the private patio by the outside stairs. One bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom. A flat-screen TV with international channels and a DVD player are provided. The swimming pool is only heated from April to November.
