Please note that a valid photo ID or a passport and a credit card used for either pre-payment or charges on-site must be corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in.

If the guest staying is not the cardholder or if the credit card used cannot be produced at the time of check-in, the guest must provide alternate payment arrangements.

For Ramadan 2025 from 1 March 2025 to 30 March 2025, the standard check-in time is after 16:00. And the standard check-out time is before 12:00.

Please note that for the month of Ramadan, breakfast will be served as iftar.

Breakfast or iftar is available for an extra charge of SAR 135 + taxes per night per person.

Please note that dinner will be served as suhur.

Suhur is available for an extra charge of SAR 100 + taxes per night per person

Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Children rate policies will apply in the month of Ramadan as below:
- Children aged under 10 years can stay for free when sharing room with the parents.
- Children aged from 11 years old can stay for SAR 150.00 per child per night when using extra beds.

Children aged up to 6 years old can have free meals.
