At Mantra Towers of Chevron, guests under 18 may only check in if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that accommodation is serviced once a week. Please note parking at the property is subject to availability. A damage deposit of AUD 200 per 1 Bedroom, AUD 300 per 2 Bedroom, AUD 500 per 3 Bedroom and Sub Penthouse and AUD 1000 per Superior Sub Penthouse is required on arrival. This amount will be collected by credit card at Mantra Towers of Chevron. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
