Key collection: It takes place at our office: Paseo Reding 9, 29016, Malaga, from 16:00 to 20:30. Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys.

Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges:
- From 21:00 to 22:00, EUR 30;
- From 22:00 to 23:00, EUR 35;
- From 23:00 to 24:00, EUR 40;
- From 24:00 to 01:00, EUR 45;
- After 01:00, 10 EUR of additional charge per hour.

Emergency line available 24/7 via phone, no WhatsApp chat/calls available from 21:00 to 10:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement (check in/registration online) which must be completed and signed prior to arrival.

In respect of hygiene guidelines, we do not leave cooking staples like salt, oil, etc.

Kindly note that at Muelle Uno Studio with Sea View, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 euros per pet/per night.

Cot and high chairs are also available, and are 6,5 € per item/per night. Subject to availability.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

When available, kindly note that the sofa bed is not pre-set upon arrival, but we’re happy to prepare it if requested in advance.

A damage deposit of 200 € is required on arrival, this is the minimum amount. It depends on the type of the apartment booked. This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard). You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Our accommodations provide a unique experience, distinct from the hotels. While daily cleaning services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning every 7 nights. For guests who prefer more frequent cleaning, this service is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details and pricing.

When booking 2 apartments or more, special conditions and supplements may apply.

At Muelle Uno Studio with Sea View, bachelor or bachelorette parties and similar events are not accommodated.

Tenga en cuenta que el check-in tardío con lleva los siguientes cargos adicionales:

Las horas de silencio son entre las 22:00 y las 08:00.

Cuando aplique, tenga en cuenta que el sofá cama no está preparado a su llegada, pero con gusto lo prepararemos si se solicita con antelación.

Se requiere un depósito por daños de 200 € a la llegada, esta es la cantidad mínima. Depende del tipo de apartamento reservado. Esto se cobrará solo con tarjeta (Visa o Mastercard). Se le reembolsará dentro de los 7 días posteriores al check-out. Su depósito será reembolsado en su totalidad con tarjeta, sujeto a una inspección de la propiedad.

Nuestros apartamentos brindan una experiencia única, diferente a la de los hoteles. Aunque no se incluyen servicios de limpieza diarios, garantizamos su comodidad con una limpieza final y una limpieza adicional cada 7 noches.
