Respect: For the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 that has to be paid in cash.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.

A damage deposit of € 200 is required. The accommodation will charge the accommodation days before arrival. It will be made by credit card. It will be returned to you 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card after inspection of the accommodation.
