Please note that the Reception working hours are 15:00 - 22:00 and Our Online Office is open 24/7, every day of the week.

All bookings should be prepaid online, and all charges are included in the rate. The property will send you an entrance code via email one day prior to the arrival date.

When group bookings of 10 or more beds are made, different conditions and supplements may apply. Please contact the property for more information.

The name on the credit card used for the booking must correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Please note that this property does not allow alcohol.

Please note that no outdoor shoes are allowed at the property. Shoe lockers are available.

Please note that all guests who do not pass face control will not be allowed to use the reservation and will be asked to leave the hostel. We reserve the right to decline accommodation to guests that are clearly intoxicated, acting aggressively, or do not in any other aspect fit within a youth hostel, as well as anyone whose behaviour may disrupt the enjoyable and safe environment for other guests.

Please note that '6-Bed Room with 3 Level Bunk Beds', 'Quadruple Room with Bunk Beds', 'Twin Room', 'Twin Room with Toilet', 'Twin Room with Bunk Beds' and 'Twin Room with Bunk Beds and Toilet' don't have windows.ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。
