Customers that make a last minute booking and are arriving after 6pm and do not have the code for the key safe, we will definitely send the code for the safe on the day of your arrival. Please note that if you have not received the code on the day, we have an after hours number on the board.
For customers that have already notified of their arrival after 6:00 pm, we will issue the key code to collect your key by email please allow at least 24hrs to get your code.At Novena Palms Motel, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
