The property's reception opening hours are from 09:00 to 17:00 daily.

There is an emergency after hours contact number for emergency cases.

In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to contact the management team at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a self check-in.

Prior to arrival, a GBP 100 security deposit link sent via email will need to be completed and some form of a photo ID will need to be sent via email.

Guests are required to collect their key from the left of the Ocean Apartments reception located on the ground floor of block C at 2 Western Harbour Midway, Edinburgh, EH6 6PN.

If a booking is made on the day of arrival, the property will contact the guest for additional details related to their stay.

A child's high chair and/or a travel cot are available upon request and subject to availability.

Please note that bed linen is not provided for cots.

Please note that we do not provide a daily cleaning service.

A weekly service is only offered for stays of 7 nights and more.

Breakfast packs are not available to be added.

We reserve the right not to accept any bookings made from guests that reside in an EH postcode and the surrounding areas.
