This property does not accommodate parties or wedding groups.

Please inform Oceanside Resort & Twin Towers of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. 予約後、オーシャンサイド リゾート & ツイン タワーズは指示を提供するために連絡を行います。

A security deposit/refundable bond of NZD 250 is required upon arrival. This will be collected by credit card/debit card. It can also be paid in cash only if you intend to arrive and depart within the reception opening hours. You should be reimbursed in full within 7 days of check out subject to return of the key and inspection of the room.

The property's reception opening hours are:
- 8:30 to 10:00
- 14:00 to 18::00
On public holidays:
- 9:00 to 10:00
- 14:00 to 17:00

If you are arriving after 6:00 you will need to complete the pre-check-in process which will be emailed to you approximately 48 hours prior to your arrival. Once this has been received; we will either email or text you our late arrival details before we close the reception.

Children aged 17 years and below must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian to check-in.

Due to an exciting new upgrade our POOL area will be CLOSED from the 3rd March 2025 until further notice. Appreciate your understanding with this necessary maintenance & work.
