If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel 7 days prior to your arrival:

1) Authorization letter indicating credit card information and cardholder's signature
2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)

In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted.At Orchard Scotts Residences by Far East Hospitality, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
