Once the booking is confirmed, we will require a copy of the guest's ID along with a selfie photo while holding it. A valid credit card is necessary for the damage deposit bond, which will be authorized 2-3 days before your arrival. Kindly acknowledge and sign the terms and conditions before your arrival. Failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Please note that the property can only accommodate guests aged 25 or older unless accompanied by an adult over 25. Additionally, there is a non-refundable 3.5% credit card fee for any payment made using a credit card. The booking deposit will be charged immediately after booking. Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We appreciate your booking and look forward to hosting your stay.

*IMPORTANT* - Between the 3rd - 23rd April, tradesmen will need access to the apartment to cut off the water between 8am - 5pm every day. Toilets and showers are available from the pool bathroom on the ground level. Rates have been heavily discounted between these dates and no further compensation will be granted due to issues with the water and trades accessing the unit. Please be mindful before booking these dates. Thank you for your understanding.

The 3rd bedroom is currently set up as a home study, however it can be set up as a bedroom on request* please be sure to request this upon booking. - This comes with an extra charge to set up.

Please ensure you're watching the blinds go up and down in case they get caught on the handed of the windows. This will blow the motor if it gets caught.
