It is a 35 sq. m. Living room with opened kitchen, Sofa can be used as a single bed & one bedroom.
It is very central location but very quiet street & bedroom is absolutely calm as the window at the backyard .

In a very lively area full of bars restaurants shops museums and all kind of transports - 3 min walk to Metro & RER station Chatelet Les Halles (35 min Direct line 14 Aéroport Orly, 45 min RER B)
