At Parks Edge 13346 by Moose Management, guests under 25 may check in only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Before arrival at Parks Edge 13346 by Moose Management, guests will be provided with a rental agreement that must be signed and returned. By requesting a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the listed rental terms and conditions and give permission to the property manager to use a third party for guest screening and identity verification to confirm the reservation. All required documents must be returned within 24 hours, or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. A signed rental agreement, identity verification, email address, and mailing address are required. Terms and conditions are accepted online at the time of booking. Non-signature of the agreement is not a release of any term or condition. Check-in instructions and access information will be provided 3 days before arrival (or within 3 days), provided all required information has been received.At Parks Edge 13346 by Moose Management, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
