A comprehensive schedule has been prepared to assure minimal impact to guests and the schedule calls for work to be focused on specific portions of the building at one time. No guest will be allowed to access the units, and elevators will be disabled on those floors.
The waterproofing renovation only effects the exterior of the property. The renovation project affects all units at Pelican Becah Resort. Every floor will be completely closed for 2 weeks in line with the schedule and all floors will be tentatively closed between 01/15/2024 to 01/28/2024 as a contingency. If a floor is completed without a need to close again, it will be removed from contingency. Guests must be at least 25 years old and intend to stay at Pelican Beach 1012 by Pelican Beach Management to check in.At Pelican Beach 1012 by Pelican Beach Management, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at Pelican Beach 1012 by Pelican Beach Management, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
