Please Wash and Dry all dishes Properly including pots & pans with supplied dishcloths and tea towels and return them to the cupboards.

A fee of $50 will be charged in cases where the kitchen is not left as it was found.

Please report any soiled linen as extra charges may apply if these need to be replaced or need specialized laundry services.

Also please do not move furniture around the room if any damage occurs as a result of this then it will be charged to you.

Please smoke outside, smoking is not permitted inside.

No pets allowed.

No Bikes inside units.
