Early check-in (if available) is an extra £35 and needs to be requested in good time prior to arrival. There is CCTV outside of the property. Delays of more than 120min will incur one extra night charge. Two towels per guest are provided as part of the booking, extra towels used are charged at £5 per towel. No person other than the guests indicated in the booking are allowed to enter the property at any one time. Additional guests are charged at £30 per person per night after the second guest, as per our pricing policy.
