The Maya homestead is comprised of two buildings, joined by a verandah, approximately 5 metres apart. The main house has the master bedroom with a king size bed and a small bedroom with a single bed plus trundle bed when required. The annexe has three bedrooms: two with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed. Both the main house and the annexe have a bathroom and a large lounge area. The kitchen is in the main house and the laundry is in the annexe. The large back yard is fenced and includes a cubby house and a large springfree trampoline.
