The hotel was new, clean, and very well maintained with large, spacious rooms that were well designed and smelled wonderful. The outdoor mineral pools had different temperatures and were hot and enjoyable while breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. The location was about 10 minutes from Bansko and the room had a lovely view of the mountains.
