Due to the establishment's security policies, the documents of all guests will be requested, as well as the cardholder of the card entered in the reservation.

We do not accept cash payments, as our buildings do not have a reception to pay for when the guest arrives. We only charge by means of digital payments. To check in, the total amount of the stay must be paid.

In case guests choose to pay the total of the reservation by Credit Card, there will be an additional management charge of 15%. Otherwise, you can pay only the amount of the first night with this modality, and the rest by bank transfer or deposit, without any charge.
