- Every day from 09:00 to 12:30 and 17:00 to 20:00 except check-in and check-out days
- Check-in and check-out days: 07:00 to 20:00

Reception opening hours during winter:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:30 and 17:00 and 20:00
- Saturday and Sunday: 07:00 to 22:00

Please note these times may be subject to change, please contact the residence before your arrival.

For stays of 1 week, keys are available from 17:00 and must be returned at 10:00.

In the main building, the lift does not serve the fifth floor of the residence and some of apartments located in the 1st floor. In case of a specific request for a flat allocation, please contact the reception

The price includes bed and bath linen, TV, free access to the indoor panoramic swimming pool and solarium of the residence, and all taxes and charges (except the city tax).
