-The swimming pool of the residence is not heated. The telephone network is weak on site.

Reception opening hours: Sunday to Friday (excl. Wednesday): 9:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 - Saturday 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 - closed on Wednesday and Thursday afternoon.

Price includes: bed linen, towels, 1 dish towel, 1 bath mat, a cleaning kit and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes). City tax is not included.

The location of the accommodation can be reserved straight after booking by calling the property. Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and at an additional cost.

The outdoor swimming pool is open from May to September.

Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

If you want to modify or cancel your reservation just you will put you in touch with BOOKING Customer Service. Reminder : If you have booked a "Non-refundable" rate, the stays booked are neither exchangeable, nor refundable, nor modifiable. No request for modification or cancellation will be taken into account.
