Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except city tax and handling fees).

Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival. The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation.

The outdoor swimming pool is open from April 15 to September 25.

Please note the reception opening hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00
- Saturday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00
- Wednesday and Sunday : 09:00 to 12:00ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。
