Reception opening hours: - Every day from 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 - In July and August, reception is open from 08:00 to 20:00 on Saturday

The outdoor swimming pool is open from April to October.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Price includes: all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax and the possible booking fees), TV, bath linen (1 towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), a cleaning kit, beds made on arrival, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi, 2 bathrobes and access to the residence's outdoor heated swimming pool.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

Pool opening hours: daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。
