2023年1月1日以降、外国人向けに1室1泊あたりRM10の観光税がResorts World Genting - Genting SkyWorlds Hotelに適用されます。 Resorts World Genting - Genting SkyWorlds Hotelの宿泊料金には含まれておらず、チェックイン時に支払う必要がある税金です。 有効なマレーシア身分証または永住者MY PRカードを所持している場合、Resorts World Genting - Genting SkyWorlds Hotelでは免除されます。 Please take note that renovations are still ongoing at some places in hotel area for improvement purposes.
Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking.
Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel.
Effective 1st March 2022, a Sustainability Charge of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in.
