This holiday home has a balcony, kitchen and washing machine. Smoking is allowed in the gazebo outside the house. For 2 people there is 1 bedroom, a kitchen-living room (the second bedroom will be closed), as well as a garden, a gazebo and an outside kitchen. Walking pets is carried out outside the garden. In case of "force majeure" :) circumstances, mandatory cleaning of pet faeces, if this rule is not observed, the guest will be charged for cleaning the garden. 2 small or medium sized pets are allowed, more pets and large breeds must be negotiated separately. Please note - there are a lot of roses in the garden, walking animals should be carried out under the supervision of the owners to minimize the possibility of traumatizing pets.

Do not leave PETS or СHILDREN unattended anywhere in the premises.
The set temperature is 24C and average overall 3 euro/day utility costs are included in the rent, setting for another temperature lead to an additional fee 5+ euro times number of all renting days.
If you want to use the pool, please clean water filter daily and the swimming pool from leaves and other contaminants and use the cover all the time after usage.
Please remember, you are renting a private independent property, without the presence of owners and staff.
We offer and expect from our guests a Fair usage of property, resources and nature. All equipment or property damage are subject to Full tenant's responsibility. Restoration costs fee applied by landlord’s estimation including materials, labor, profit lost and moral losses. Starting the rent you sign the binding agreement for the above rules. For a more precise understanding of the house rules, we will send you information in a letter.
