Group Policy: We consider a group to be 10 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building.

Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed)- We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges £40 apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.

Storage of luggage after 23:59 on the day of arrival and/or departure (storage is free until 23.59 pm on the day of arrival and/or departure).

We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.
