Downstairs you will find the 2nd bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan and built-in-robe. The 3rd bedding has 2 bunk beds, a ceiling can and a free-standing oil heater. There is a bathroom with a shower and a bath tub and a separate toilet. The large laundry has a sink, bench space and cupboards. There is a front load washing machine and tumble dryer. The 4th bedroom/rumpus room includes a double sofa bed and overlooks the trees, lake and golf course. It has a flat-screen TV, DVD player and a split system air-conditioner/heater. There is access from the living area to an outdoor deck with a small table and chairs as well as an outdoor shower. Upstairs there is a large modern kitchen with a built-in pantry, breakfast bar and 4 stools. All modern, Westinghouse appliances are included such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and a kettle. There is a full range of crockery, cutlery and utensils as well as a Breville sandwich maker, BBQ utensils, baking trays, wine glasses and champagne flutes. There is a separate powder room and toilet. The main living area has a wood fireplace and a large split system air-conditioner or heater. There is a flat-screen TV, DVD player and surround sound system. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower and 2 basins. There is also a large walk-in wardrobe, a wall mounted flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and an iPod docking station. The master bedroom has sliding doors that have access to a large balcony with high uninterrupted views of the golf ranch and lake. A complimentary high chair and porta cot is available. The downstairs living room opens out onto a large deck, which has modern outdoor furniture an outdoor dining table with bench seats and chairs, an outdoor heater, barbecue facilities and spectacular views. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Covered doonas, blankets are pillows are provided. Full linen packs are available on request.
