Sea Tower by Isrotel Designでは、現地税法に基づき、イスラエル観光ビザ保持者は予約時のVATが免除されます。 イスラエル国民及び居住者（VAT法で定義された「非観光客」）は、VATを支払う必要があり、Sea Tower by Isrotel Designに適用されます。 国内のお客様向けに、Sea Tower by Isrotel Designの予約総額にこの税金が自動計算されます。 イスラエル国外からの予約の場合、税金は総額に含まれず、Sea Tower by Isrotel Designに適用されます。

Reservations are only accepted from adults. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. Please note that check-out on Saturdays is possible until 13:00 and check-in is at 16:00. The hotel does not include Shabbat elevators. The hotel does not hold a Kosher certificate.

We inform you that we are carrying out an exterior renovation of the hotel, which includes the replacement of all the exterior cladding. Due to these works, it will not be possible to access the room balconies. We are aware that these works may occasionally cause noise, and we apologize in advance for any disturbance. The renovation works will take place on Sunday-Friday, between the hours of 07:00-18:00. If you feel disturbed by the noise, we invite you to contact the reception desk, and we will do our best to assist you.
