At SERRAS, we have a deep passion for gastronomy. Our culinary offerings focus on reinterpreting traditional Catalan cuisine with a modern twist, showcasing an explosion of flavors derived from high-quality, seasonal, and local ingredients, which are highly valued by both our discerning local clientele and hotel guests.
Conveniently located, the hotel is just a 20-minute drive from Pas de La Casa and Andorra La Vella, while the charming town of Canillo is less than 10 minutes away by car. During the winter months, complimentary transportation is provided to Grandvalira Ski Resort, and in summer, to the primary starting points for hiking trails.
Serras Andorra is located in the Vall d’Incles region of Andorra with wonderful views of the Grandvalira mountains. The only hotel in Andorra with its own ski slopes reopens its doors, after a renovation process, by Serras Collection, to make it the best 5 * GL in Andorra.
Children under 2 years old can stay for free in the room. All requests are subject to the room category. Meals or extra services required are not included and should be paid at the hotel.
Parking fees are EUR 25 per day, per car. We require advance booking. Please contact the property directly.
During the high season period from 20th December 2024 – 6th January 2025 we require 100% deposit prepayment in advance upon booking. From 1st February 2025 to 1st March 2025, we require 100% deposit prepayment in advance upon booking in order to guarantee the reservation.
The New Years Eve Gala Dinner is mandatory for all guests staying on 31 December, prices are not included in the accommodation. Events team will contact you in order to pre-book.
