We kindly remind our guests that reservations for two people include the preparation of the double bedroom only.

If two guests wish to have the sofa bed prepared, they are kindly requested to inform the property explicitly no later than 2 days before arrival.

For reservations during the low season months (December, January, and February) an additional fee of €15 will be applied to the total stay cost for the preparation of the extra sofa bed.

Guests traveling with pets are kindly requested to notify the property in advance. A supplement of €15 per pet will be applied for the entire stay.

Guests traveling with children aged 0 to 3 years may request a crib, subject to availability, with a fee of €18 for the entire stay, covering delivery and collection costs.

Pets are welcome but have an additional cost of 15 euros per animal for the duration of the stay.

It is possible to have a cot for an additional cost of 18 euros for the entire duration of the stay.

Se due ospiti desiderano la preparazione anche del divano letto, sono pregati di richiederlo esplicitamente alla struttura entro 2 giorni dall'arrivo.

Solo per le prenotazioni ricadenti nei mesi di bassa stagione (dicembre, gennaio e febbraio) verrà richiesto un extra di € 15 sul totale del soggiorno per la preparazione del divano letto supplementare.

Qualora i nostri ospiti viaggino con animali sono pregati di segnalarlo alla struttura. Verrà applicato un costo supplementare di euro 15 per animale sul totale del soggiorno.

Gli ospiti che viaggiano con bambini tra 0 e 3 anni possono richiedere una culla, soggetta a disponibilità, ad un costo di €18 per l'intero soggiorno, a copertura delle spese di consegna e ritiro.

Gli animali domestici sono benvenuti ma hanno un costo aggiuntivo di 15 euro ad animale per tutta la durata del soggiorno.
