Please be fully aware that in order to access the apartment, it is absolutely mandatory to complete the registration process, in compliance with Italian legislation and Police identification requirements.

The process consists of four steps:

1) Entering the guests' personal data (including children) using our Fast Check-in procedure to meet Italian Police requirements and collect the information necessary for invoicing.

2) Taking pictures of the guests to ensure correspondence between the identification document and the guests themselves. The pictures are automatically deleted one week after checkout.

3) Electronically signing the rental contract.

4) Paying the Tourist Tax by credit card (unfortunately, Booking.com does not collect it; the amount is shown in the reservation only to inform guests about the total cost of the stay but is not deducted from your credit card).ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。
