The Family Host - Lost Garden Ciutadella Park, Barcelona

WE ARE SPECIALIZED FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN. PLEASE RESPECT OUR PROJECT 100% FAMILIES.
RULES OF THE HOUSE:
- TOTAL silence is requested from 10pm to 8am, both inside the apartment and inside the building (staircase, elevator, etc...). If there is any complaint from a neighbor for loud guests, you will be required to leave the apartment immediately with no right to refund and losing your security deposit.
- NO MORE PEOPLE accepted than those foreseen in the reservation.
- Access to the common terrace exclusive for the clients of our different apartments, from 9:00am to 11:00pm (NO PEOPLE invited from outside).
- Late checkin extra costs to pay on arrival: From 21:00 to 23:00: 30 EUR. From 23:00 to 01:00: 40 EUR. All requests for late arrivals must be confirmed by the property. No option of checkin after 1am.
- When booking 2 units or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. At The Family Host - Lost Garden Ciutadella Park, you may use the Special Requests box during booking or directly contact the property using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
