From 1 January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night applies to all foreign guests at The Haven Inn. This tax is not included in the room rate at The Haven Inn and must be paid at check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or permanent resident MY PR Card are exempt from this charge at The Haven Inn. A surcharge of 10 MYR applies for arrivals after 10 pm. Any request for a late arrival at The Haven Inn is subject to confirmation by the property.
