From 1 January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night applies to all foreign guests at The Maple Suite. This tax is not included in the room rate at The Maple Suite and must be paid at check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or permanent resident MY PR Card are exempt from this charge at The Maple Suite. At The Maple Suite, the name on the credit card used for booking must match the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
In accordance to National Recovery Plan guidelines, The Maple Suite ONLY allowed to check in who are fully-vaccinated and must show their COVID-19 digital vaccination certification in MySejahtera upon checking in. Those completed 2nd dosed must be after 14 days of vaccination. Couples who are fully-vaccinated are ALLOWED to bring along their children who are 17 years old or younger for checking in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. At The Maple Suite, you may use the Special Requests box during booking or directly contact the property using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
