Located in the heart of Kendal, the Riverside Hotel is housed in a 17th-century structure and boasts a modern leisure club. Many rooms offer views of the River Kent, while Windermere and the Yorkshire Dales are just a 15-minute drive away. Kendal Railway Station is situated 250 meters from the hotel, and the M6 motorway can be reached within a 10-minute drive. The Riverview Restaurant emphasizes local ingredients, with some sourced from the hotel's own Victorian kitchen garden. Most accommodations provide satellite TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, a private bathroom, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Free parking is also available. Please note that the pool and leisure club will be closed for renovations starting November 3, 2024, with plans to reopen by February 2025. We acknowledge that this may not be convenient for everyone, but we believe this is an excellent opportunity to enhance our facilities. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
