From 1 January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night applies to all foreign guests at The St. Regis Langkawi. This tax is not included in the room rate at The St. Regis Langkawi and must be paid at check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or permanent resident MY PR Card are exempt from this charge at The St. Regis Langkawi. Beginning 1 July 2016, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Tourism Promotion Fee would be applicable per room per night.
At The St. Regis Langkawi, the name on the credit card used for booking must match the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
